Description

 Эндопротезирование стенотической части трахеи / бронха со стентом. Способ реканализации трахеобронхиального тракта путем имплантации в просвет трахеи / бронха специальной каркасной конструкции - стента. Эндопротезирование стенотической части трахеи / бронха с помощью стента проводится после предварительного расширения части стеноза с использованием бужирования, баллонной дилатации, диатермокоагуляции, аргоновой плазмы или лазерного разрушения грануляции и рубцовой ткани. Через бронхоскоп устройство доставки вводится в зону стеноза, Т-образный или линейный стент расширяется и фиксируется в нужном положении. Внутрипросветный стент удаляется через 6-8 месяцев.
