Description

 Трахеотомии. Хирургическая процедура, состоящая из рассечения стенки трахеи и введения в просвет трахеи полой трубки канюли. Экстренная трахеотомия показана при нарушении проходимости трахеи из-за воспалительного отека, обструкции опухоли, спазма спинного мозга, травмы и большого удаления инородного тела. Трахея открыта продольно или поперечно под зоной механических препятствий. При необходимости через пластиковую или металлическую полую канюлю используют разрез в трахее, который используется для аспирации слизи, введения лекарств, искусственной вентиляции легких. После восстановления самостоятельного дыхания, декантировать; дефект в стенке трахеи обычно закрывается.
