Description

 Вскрытие паратонезулярного абсцесса. Операция, целью которой является устранение гнойного процесса в почти миндальной клетчатке, возникшего на фоне гнойного тонзиллита, обострения хронического тонзиллита, проникновения инородного тела или распространения одонтогенной инфекции. Вмешательство проводится в экстренном порядке под местной анестезией или общей анестезией после начала колебаний. Паратонический абсцесс вскрывают скальпелем, ушной раковиной или катетером. Затем отверстие расширяют с помощью зажима Кохера или инструмента Гартмана, чтобы удалить гной и обеспечить адекватный дренаж.
