Description

 Тимэктомия. Хирургическое иссечение вилочковой железы. Он показан при злокачественных и доброкачественных тимомах, кистах, железистой гиперплазии и миастении. Иногда это делается при аутоиммунных процессах, злокачественной гипертонии, лимфангранулематозе, рассеянном склерозе. Производится с использованием торакоскопического или стернотомического доступа. Фасция железы рассечена, плевра сдвинута в боковом направлении, железа изолирована и удалена. Выделение верхних и нижних отростков во время тахэктомии вызывает технические трудности из-за большой длины железы, их расположения в области шеи или корней легких. Рана сшита, высушена. Пациентам с нарушением дыхания накладывают временную трахеостомию.
