Description

 Кроссэктомия при остром восходящем тромбозе. Радикальная неотложная хирургия, которая позволяет не только предотвратить развитие возможных осложнений (дальнейшее распространение сгустков крови, отделение тромбов с последующей легочной эмболией), но и предотвратить ретромбоз, поскольку во время операции она выполняется перевязка варикозного расширения вен. Операция проводится под местной или общей анестезией. На первом этапе тромб удаляется из вены, поэтому устье большой подкожной вены и ее притоков связаны. Число осложнений кроссэктомии при остром восходящем тромбозе является ничем иным, как аналогичной операцией для простых варикозных вен.
