Description

 Лечение первичного сифилиса заключается в основном в ходе внутримышечного введения препаратов пенициллина. На курс лечения обычно необходимо 14-16 дней. В случае стационарного лечения водорастворимый пенициллин вводят каждые 3 часа или соль новокаина бензилпенициллина каждые 12 часов. В условиях поликлиники курс бициллина-1, -3 или -5 используется по следующей схеме: первые два дня ежедневно в неполной дозе, а затем два раза в неделю. Однако стационарное лечение ежедневным пенициллином является более предпочтительным.
