Description

 Основное лечение сифилиса - антибиотикотерапия с ежедневным приемом препаратов пенициллина. Использование при лечении пролонгированными препаратами, введение которых проводится два раза в неделю, может вызвать переход сифилиса в скрытую форму и возможно только на ранней стадии заболевания. При аллергии на пенициллин используются цефалоспорины, тетрациклины или эритромицин. Кроме того, назначаются витамины, биогенные стимуляторы (стекловидное тело, спленин, алоэ), иммуномодуляторы (тимоген, иммунитет и ), Антигистаминные препараты. Местное лечение состоит из лосьонов с пенициллином или хлоргексидином в области изъязвленных элементов и пятен инфильтратов с гепариновой мазью.
