Description

 Анализ крови на гепатит TTV показан пациентам с другими вирусными гепатитами, заболеваниями, передающимися половым путем, наркоманам, пациентам, перенесшим переливание крови, трансплантацию органов и находящимся на гемодиализе. Анализ основан на качественном выделении вирусной ДНК или ее количественной оценке (вирусная нагрузка). В тесте используется метод ПЦР в реальном времени. В качестве биологического материала обычно используется венозная кровь, также возможно выделить вирус гепатита TTV при биопсии печени. Стоимость варьируется в зависимости от исследуемого материала и срочности анализа.
