Description

 Внешний поясничный дренаж. Постоянные выделения спинномозговой жидкости из системы спинномозговой жидкости. Используется для контролируемого снижения внутричерепного давления. Используется при лечении различных видов ликвореи, для ее профилактики после некоторых операций, при субарахноидальном кровоизлиянии и с целью многократного эндолюмбального введения лекарств. Противопоказаниями к наружному поясничному дренажу являются заболевания, приводящие к нарушению течения СМЖ на уровне спинного мозга, объемным процессам головного мозга с угрозой его смещения, инфекционным поражениям тканей поясницы в месте люмбальной пункции и нарушениям свертывания крови.
