Description

 При переломах бедра и травмах бедра применяется пластырь сoxit. Пациента помещают на ортопедический стол таким образом, чтобы его крестец находился на держателе тарелки, а плечи и голова находились на подставке. Ассистент держит пораженную конечность в положении легкого отведения, сгибания в тазобедренном и коленном суставах. Больная нога, таз и туловище покрыты ватными подушками. Три рельса используются для изготовления гипсовой повязки. Один прикладывается от заднего края арки когтя к кончикам пальцев, второй - от переднего края арки когтя к задней части голеностопного сустава, третий - вокруг ягодичных и паховых областей.
