Description

 РЧА с узловой тахикардией. Катетерная техника для лечения атриовентрикулярной реентрантной тахикардии путем прижигания медленного или быстрого импульсного пути в AV-соединении с использованием радиочастотного электрода. ARF с узловой тахикардией показана в случае неэффективности антиаритмической лекарственной терапии и частых или плохо переносимых приступов тахикардии. Перед процедурой радиочастотной абляции проводится эндокардиальное электрофизиологическое исследование катетера и определение зоны тахикардии. Затем через бедренную или подключичную вену в правой части сердца устанавливают радиочастотный электрод и проводят абляцию. В конце EFI повторяется, проводится атропиновый тест.
