Description

 РЧА при предсердной тахикардии. Способ лечения наджелудочковых пароксизмов тахикардии с использованием катетерных радиочастотных аппликаций в эктопическом очаге. Показания к RFA включают монофокальную предсердную тахикардию и аритмогенную кардиомиопатию в сочетании с мерцательной аритмией или резистентностью к лекарственной антиаритмической терапии. РФ при предсердной тахикардии включает в себя проведение точной топической диагностики центра суправентрикулярной тахикардии в правом или левом предсердии с использованием эндокардиальной ЭФИ; эндоваскулярное введение абляционного катетера и выполнение серии аппликаций радиочастотного пятна в аритмогенной зоне предсердия.
