Description

 РФА при трепетании предсердий. Способ восстановления эндокардиального транскатетерного синусового ритма при предсердных тахиаритмиях с использованием кратковременных радиочастотных воздействий на аритмогенную зону. RFA при трепетании предсердий показан пациентам с длительными приступами аритмий, устойчивыми к антиаритмической терапии или непереносимости. Перед RFA проводится интраоперационное эндофардиальное электрофизиологическое исследование, в ходе которого определяются пути аномальных импульсов. После установки трансвенозного радиочастотного катетера проводится абляция по периметру кавотрикуспидального перешейка.
