Description

 РФА при фибрилляции предсердий. Способ лечения мерцательной аритмии путем разрушения очага аномальных электрических импульсов в миокарде с использованием высокочастотных токов. Применяется при неэффективности медицинской коррекции мерцательной аритмии. РЧА позволяет полностью устранить или добиться снижения частоты и степени выраженности приступов аритмии. Процедура проводится под контролем рентгеновского телевидения. Эндоваскулярно, электрод вводится в сердце, и выполняется эндокардиальная ЭФИ. После определения очага эктопического ритма в устье легочных вен его целенаправленное разрушение (абляция) осуществляют с помощью радиочастотных сигналов, в результате чего патологические импульсы останавливаются.
