Description

 Пилоропластика по Ябулу. Модификация дренажной операции на желудке, которая заключается в формировании гастродуоденального анастомоза без пересечения пилорического сфинктера. Рубцово-язвенный стеноз пилородуоденальной двенадцатиперстной кишки является предпочтительным показанием для пилоропластики в Ябуле 12. Во время пилоропластики в Ябуле проксимальная часть двенадцатиперстной кишки прикрепляется к препилорической части желудка в области наибольшей кривизны.,После рассечения просвета двенадцатиперстной кишки и желудка с продольными разрезами (без пересечения пилоруса) между ними образуется боковой гастродуоденальный свищ.
