Description

 Ревизионная тимпанотомия. Вскрытие барабанной полости позволяет оценить состояние этой анатомической структуры и устранить выявленные патологические изменения. Показаниями к операции являются хронический гнойный эпитипанит и эпимезимаксит, которые с высокой вероятностью могут вызвать внутричерепные осложнения. Хирургическая тактика зависит от типа патологических изменений, отмеченных во время процедуры. Полное удаление гнойного очага и пораженной ткани костных стенок, удаление полипов, гранулем и холестата. Ревизионная тимпанотомия проводится в стационаре под общим наркозом.
