Description

 Операция санации среднего уха проводится с целью удаления патологически измененных тканей среднего уха при гнойном отите. Показанием к операции является полость в сосцевидном отростке, которая не имеет тенденции к самовосстановлению. Операция проводится после устранения острого гнойного процесса и образования грануляций на стенках полости. Для трансплантации процесса используют периостально-мышечный лоскут пациента или консервированный аллогенный хрящ. Операция санации среднего уха противопоказана при полной облитерации слуховой трубы, холестеатоме барабанной перепонки, внутричерепных осложнениях и серьезных соматических заболеваниях.
