Two-stage pneumotomy

Description

 Двухэтапная пневмотомия. Двухэтапная операция дренирования при абсцессе и гангрене легкого, включая пневмопексию и отсроченный дренаж деструктивной полости. После выполнения торакотомии и резекции ребер осматривают плевру. При отсутствии сплоченности париетальной и висцеральной плевры первой стадией является пневмопексия (сшивание плевры между собой для образования спаек) или плотное уплотнение раны для плотного прижатия париетальной плевры к висцеральной. Вторая стадия двухэтапной пневмотомии выполняется через 7-10 дней - тампоны извлекаются и, убедившись, что плевральные листы спаяны, полость дренируется, как в случае одностадийной пневмотомии.
