Description

 Энуклеация опухоли легких. Хирургическое отслоение доброкачественной периферической опухоли от толщины легочной ткани. Энуклеация используется при субплевральных и глубоких опухолевых образованиях (гомартохондромы, фибромы, тератомы, невриномы), которые имеют плотную капсулу, которая позволяет удалять их относительно атравматично. После торакотомии с электрокоагуляцией через опухоль рассекают висцеральную плевру и легочную ткань. Раздувая легкое, увеличивая давление в вентиляторе, «выдавливают» инкапсулированную опухоль из ткани легкого. Выполняют гемо- и аэростаз с закрытием ложа опухоли непрерывными швами с захватом стенок и дна полости.
