Description

 Легочная сегментэктомия. Экономическая резекция легочной ткани в анатомическом сегменте. Показаниями к сегментэктомии (сегментарной резекции) легких являются туберкулез, кисты, доброкачественные опухоли, ограниченные неспецифические хронические процессы. После торакотомии производится обзор плевральной полости и выбор легкого. Основным этапом операции является выделение и искривление сегментарного бронха, перевязка сосудов с последующим их пересечением. Сбросив сегмент легкого, выполните перевязку межсегментных вен. Пень бронха покрыт плеврой или оставшейся тканью легкого. После промывания и дренирования плевральной полости рана прочно ушивается.
