Description

 Простатэктомия для спасения нервов. Способ хирургического удаления предстательной железы при сохранении мужской половой функции. Это тип лапароскопической простатэктомии, при котором проводится наиболее деликатное удаление органа с обходом сосудисто-нервных пучков. Целостность нервов и кровеносных сосудов поддерживается, когда это возможно, после операции может быть нарушена эрекция. Во многих отношениях успех нервосохраняющей простатэктомии зависит от исходного состояния железы и хирургического опыта уролога. Вмешательство проводится под общим наркозом, требует послеоперационного наблюдения и промывания поверхности ложа предстательной железы через дренажную трубку.
