Description

 Пневмонэктомия с циркулярной резекцией бифуркации трахеи. Радикальная операция с удалением легких и трахеобронхиальным ветвлением. Пневмонэктомия с циркулярной резекцией бифуркации трахеи показана для центрально расположенного рака, который переходит в трахею. После торакотомии, согласно признанному методу, легочные сосуды перевязывают и рассекают, мобилизуют трахею, зону ее бифуркации и главные бронхи. Сегмент бифуркации трахеи вырезан по кругу. Целостность дыхания восстанавливается путем выполнения трахеобронхиального анастомоза с главным бронхом левого легкого через сквозные швы.
