Description

 Удаление плевры. Радикальные и паллиативные вмешательства, включая удаление или уменьшение теменной и висцеральной плевры. Удаление плевры проводится при хронической эмпиеме, ригидности легких, злокачественном изменении теменного плеврального потемнения. Удаление плевры включает отек легких и плеврэктомию. Умирание заключается в удалении плеврального слоя (швартовка), что приведет к сглаживанию легких и висцеральной плевры. Отек легких обычно связан с плеврэктомией - удалением париетальной плевры. Плеврэктомия и припухлость могут быть частичными или полными, а также сочетаться с резекцией легких.
