Description

 Наложение искусственного пневмоторакса. Медицинская техника инсуффляционного газа в плевральной полости с целью достижения частичного коллапса легкого. Искусственный пневмоторакс используется для лечения инфильтративного, очагового и кавернозного туберкулеза легких с целью остановки легочного кровотечения. Воздушный зазор между плевральными слоями способствует изменениям кровообращения и циркуляции лимфы в легких, снижению эластического напряжения паренхимы легких и излечению туберкулеза. Инсуффляция воздуха в плевральную полость и последующий мочевой пузырь выполняются специальным устройством с манометром и пункционной иглой. Продолжительность лечения составляет 1,5 года.
