Description

 Perikardektomiya. Частичное или субтотальное хирургическое удаление мембраны, окружающей сердце (перикард). Перикардиэктомия показана при рецидивах хронического или сжимающего перикардита, симптомах сужения сердца и кровеносных сосудов, возникающих при рубцевании, утолщении и кальцификации перикарда. Операция проводится под эндотрахеальным наркозом с торакотомным или стернотомическим доступом. В случае частичной перикардэктомии удаляются только измененные участки перикарда, в случае промежуточного итога удаляется почти весь перикард, за исключением части, окружающей заднюю поверхность сердца. Дренаж оставлен, чтобы управлять выпотом и кровотечением.
