Description

 Резекция лобковой кости. Частичное хирургическое иссечение лобковой кости при ее онкологических поражениях. Включенный в группу повторной резекции передней таза, он может быть выполнен отдельно или в сочетании с частичным удалением седалищной кости, односторонним или двусторонним. Тип доступа выбирается исходя из расположения и размера опухоли. В процессе вмешательства могут быть необходимы хирургические манипуляции в области нижних конечностей для обеспечения подвижности. Несмотря на нарушение целостности резекции тазового кольца лобковой кости, пластической реконструкции нет необходимости. Чтобы предотвратить образование грыж, передняя брюшная стенка укреплена сеткой.
