Description

 Frontotomiya. Хирургия лобной пазухи. Показан при выраженном лобном синусите и некоторых видах переломов лобной пазухи. В случае фронтального вмешательства целью вмешательства является удаление измененных тканей, чтобы сформировать постоянно широкую связь между грудью и носовой полостью. В случае повреждений поврежденные ткани удаляются, кровотечение останавливается и положение костных фрагментов восстанавливается. Фронтотомия выполняется в больнице под эндотрахеальным наркозом с помощью дополнительных или интраназальных доступов. В первом случае разрез делают в области супрацилиальной дуги и боковой поверхности носа, во втором синус ползает через полость носа.
