Description

 Продольная панкреатоеюностомия (операция Пьюстау-Жиллебсея). Наложение свища между основным протоком поджелудочной железы (GLP) и тощей кишкой. Это выполняется как стадия резекционных вмешательств на поджелудочной железе (операция Фрея, операция Бегера) или как самостоятельная дренажная операция при хроническом панкреатите с нарушением ГПЗ в области головы или перешейка. После доступа к поджелудочной железе паренхима и главный проток поджелудочной железы рассекаются по всей стенозированной части. Рассекают стенки протока анастомозом с отрывом от прохода пищи по рулевой петле тощей кишки. Продольная панкреатоеюностомия является наиболее доброкачественным вмешательством, устраняющим протоковую гипертензию и обеспечивающим отток секреции поджелудочной железы.
