Description

 Мытье полости конъюнктивы струей используется для дезинфекции, удаления гноя и слизи, пятен на красителе после контактной тонометрии и химикатов в глазу. Твердые частицы в конъюнктивальном мешке механически предварительно удаляются. Для промывки используют ундинку или грушу, наполненную водным раствором перманганата калия, этакридин-лактата, гидроцианата или физиологического раствора. Процедура выполняется путем открытия век пациента и удерживания их пальцами левой руки. В этом случае правая рука создает стирку, регулируя количество луча пальцем, кладя его на шею ундинки или оказывая давление на грушу. Чтобы выпустить раствор, под подбородком пациента вставлен поднос.
