Description

 Остеосинтез внешней голеностопного сустава. Оперативное вмешательство, обеспечивающее фиксацию отломков пластиной или шурупами. Это выполняется при переломах наружной голеностопного сустава со смещением, в случаях, когда две попытки закрытой репозиции заканчивались неудачей. Кроме того, операция проводится при открытых повреждениях (после полного заживления раны), вторичном смещении отломков, расположении мягких тканей, хронических нерастущих или неправильно сросшихся переломах. Как правило, операция проводится под кондуктивным наркозом, реже - под общим наркозом. Прямой разрез делают над внешней лодыжкой или дугообразным разрезом кожи, который окружает лодыжку сзади.
