Description

 Пластика грудино-ключичного сустава. Открытое уменьшение вывиха конца грудины ключицы с помощью пластической хирургии связок. Произведено закрыто с полным переездом. Это выполняется через дугообразный разрез, включая восстановление анатомического положения суставных поверхностей, сверление отверстий в грудине и грудном конце ключицы, фиксацию кости полоской фасции или толстой шелковой лентой. В случае вывиха, осложненного компрессией дыхательных путей, операция будет выполняться через 2-3 дня после травмы, если только не возникнут осложнения. В послеоперационном периоде 3 недели конечность иммобилизируется диссипативным слепком, а затем на тот же период - клиновидной подушкой.
