 Остеосинтез шейки плечевой кости с пластинкой или иглами показан при переломах шейки матки, открытых повреждениях, закрытых переломах с угловым смещением или фрагментарностью головки и переломах шейки матки в сочетании с множественными переломами фрагмента головки плечевой кости. Операция противопоказана при неудовлетворительном состоянии больного, вызванном другими заболеваниями и травмами, при острых частых инфекциях, в фазе выздоровления после острых инфекционных заболеваний, при наличии локальных инфекционных процессов в плечевом суставе.
