Description

 Остеосинтез плечевого ствола. Быстрое восстановление положения фрагментов с использованием различных металлических конструкций. Фиксация с помощью внутрикостного налета или ногтя показана при открытых переломах, дважды закрытых и патологических, наложение мягких тканей, сопровождающееся повреждением магистральных артерий и лучевого нерва и ложного сочленения. Аппарат Илизарова используется для поперечных, косых, спиральных, двойных и осколочных переломов диафиза. Хвостовик применяется в качестве средства постоянной фиксации или временной иммобилизации. Вмешательство противопоказано в случае обширного повреждения мягких тканей, тяжелого общего состояния пациента и множественных поражений.
