Description

 Резекция заднего отростка таранной кости. Хирургическое удаление этого анатомического образования с множественными переломами и неагрегированными изолированными переломами. В раннем периоде указанием является наличие большого количества фрагментов с неспособностью выполнить удовлетворительно закрытую и открытую репозицию. В отдаленном периоде вмешательство показано при наличии боли, нарушении функции конечности и отсутствии признаков слияния отломков на рентгенограмме. Операция проводится под кондуктивным наркозом или под общим наркозом. Разрез выполняют на внутренней поверхности стопы в области проекции таранной кости. Период реабилитации составляет 30-40 дней.
