Description

 Артродез локтевого сустава связан со значительным разрушением суставных поверхностей в результате травм (переломов) или заболеваний (с гнойным артритом, туберкулезом и т. Д. В настоящее время эта процедура выполняется крайне редко, причем предпочтение отдается операциям, при которых функция локтевого сустава сохраняется. Исключение составляет артродез с вялым параличом верхней конечности различной этиологии. Хирургическая процедура проводится после необходимого обследования по графику в стационаре. Хирургическая техника выбрана исходя из характера патологического процесса. Возможны внутрисуставные, внесуставные и смешанные артродезы.
