Description

 Первичная обработка поверхности ожога. Открытые манипуляции, которые выполняются для предотвращения проникновения инфекции, создавая наилучшие условия для лечения ожога. В случае обширных поражений процедура проводится под наркозом. Лечение без наркоза возможно при небольших ожогах поверхности. Сначала обрабатывается кожа, окружающая поверхность ожога. Затем все загрязнения и отслоившийся эпидермис удаляются с поверхности ожога, они открывают крупные пузыри, моют поверхность раствором перекиси, сушат, наносят мазь или спрей. Во время первоначального лечения ожогов соблюдение условий стерильности имеет первостепенное значение.
