Description

 Лечение острого цистита или хронического цистита в период обострения проводится курсом антибиотикотерапии. Обычно используются антибиотики широкого спектра действия. Выбор лекарственных средств осуществляется с учетом результатов бактериологического исследования (мазок Бакпосева на мочеиспускательный канал или бактериологическое исследование мочи), по показаниям которого можно отнести нитрофураны. При необходимости в курс лечения входят противовоспалительные препараты и физиотерапия. В течение периода лечения пациенты должны воздерживаться от половой жизни и соблюдать диету, которая исключает продукты, которые раздражают мочевые пути.
