Description

 Носовой клапан в пластике. Хирургическая реконструкция отверстия, образованного носовым хрящом и носовой перегородкой. Показанием к операции является чрезмерное сближение крыльев и носовой перегородки при вдыхании, которое является результатом опухоли, травматического повреждения или нарушенного внутриутробного развития. Операция проводится в плановой больнице. Эндотрахеальный наркоз используется в качестве обезболивающего средства. Во время пластики носового клапана дефект заменяется хрящевой тканью пациента, гомографтом или пористой никель-титановой пластинкой.
