 Миофасциальный массаж предплечья. Техника массажа используется для нормализации мышечного тонуса этой анатомической области. Процедура назначается при хемеросекулярном периартрите, после травматических повреждений и заболеваний плечевого сустава, сопровождающихся чрезмерным напряжением мышц лопаточного пояса. Миофасциальный массаж сустава лопатки выполняется в положении сидя, верхняя конечность опущена вдоль тела, а рука поднята горизонтально, при отведении и уменьшении плеча. Способ не применяется при опухолях, нарушениях коагуляции, местных воспалительных процессах, остеопорозе.
