Description

 Миофасциальный кистевой массаж. Метод массажа, целью которого является устранение патологического напряжения мышц. Методика назначается при синдроме запястного канала, неврите медиального сжатия, локтевом и лучевом нервах, нейрогенных артропатиях и деформирующем артрозе суставов кистей рук после поражений и хирургических вмешательств. Миофасциальный массаж кисти выполняется в различных положениях: сгибание и разгибание спины, пронация и супинация. Изменение положения руки необходимо для максимального расслабления массируемых мышц. Процедура противопоказана в случаях тяжелого остеопороза, местных воспалительных процессов, увеличения кровотечений и онкопатологии.
