 Аноректальная манометрия. Метод функционального исследования аноректального мышечного тонуса, а также характеристики сократительной способности внутреннего и наружного анального сфинктеров и прямой кишки, регистрирующие давление в этих областях. Аноректальная манометрия показана при запорах неорганического генеза, недержании кала, мегаколоне, болезни Гиршпрунга, синдроме раздраженного кишечника и патологии, а также для контроля эффективности ее консервативного и хирургического лечения. С помощью водного инфузионного катетера, вводимого в анальный канал, изучаются несколько параметров, которые позволяют оценить функциональное состояние аноректальной области.
