Description

 Маневренный сфинктер Одди. Эндоскопическая процедура для прямой регистрации давления в сфинктере с использованием катетера с тремя просветами, введенного дуоденоскопом в панкреатический и / или общий желчный проток. Свободная часть катетера соединена с внешней манографией, регистрирующей параметры давления в общем желчном протоке, сфинктере Одди, двенадцатиперстной кишке, амплитуде и частоте фазовых волн давления. Манометрия сфинктера Одди проводится при подозрении на его дисфункцию; с холангитом, обструкцией желчных путей, панкреатитом, кистой поджелудочной железы - в сочетании с ретроградной холангиопанкреатографией. Манометрия сфинктера Одди связана с риском панкреатита.
