Description

 Антродуоденальная манометрия. Функциональное исследование перистальтики верхних отделов желудочно-кишечного тракта, включающее одновременную регистрацию давления внутри желудка, язвы двенадцатиперстной кишки и тощей кишки с использованием водного инфузионного катетера, твердотельного датчика или баллона. Антродуоденальная манометрия проводится при диспепсии, болях в эпигастральной области, язвенных поражениях желудка и двенадцатиперстной кишки 12, обструкции и псевдобструктуры тонкой кишки, гастроэзофагеального рефлюкса, для устранения вовлечения желудочно-кишечного тракта в системные заболевания. В процессе антродуоденальной манометрии проводится исследование цикла миграционного двигательного комплекса и его фаз.
