Description

 Ампутация ноги с опухолью. Удаление конечности при злокачественных новообразованиях (остеосаркомы, образования мягких тканей с ростом костей, кровеносных сосудов и нервов). Хирургические вмешательства выполняются с радикальной целью. В случае осложненного патологического перелома возможно паллиативное хирургическое лечение. Уровень усечения конечности выбирается исходя из расположения опухоли. При поражении нижней трети голени ампутируется сегмент в верхней трети, а когда опухоль локализуется в стопе, образуется культя на уровне нижней трети голени. Операция проводится методом миофаскиопластики, чтобы обеспечить возможность последующего протезирования.
