Description

 Ампутация предплечья опухолью. Резка конечностей при злокачественных поражениях костей или мягких тканей. Основным показанием является остеосаркома, реже операция проводится при распространенных саркомах, происходящих из мышечной или жировой ткани. При принятии решения о необходимости вмешательства, тип и степень дифференциации новообразования принимаются во внимание. По специально разработанной схеме ампутация предплечья с опухолью проводится вне пораженного сегмента, то есть культя предплечья образуется на уровне опухолей на уровне кисти. Операция выполняется по общим правилам ампутации с возможностью дальнейшего протезирования.
