Description

 Лазерная коагуляция неоваскулярной роговицы. Способ устранения новообразованных сосудов роговицы с помощью лазерного луча. Чрезмерная васкуляризация роговицы может быть вызвана ожогами, повреждениями глаз, рецидивирующим кератитом, трансплантацией роговицы, кератопротезом. Лазерная коагуляция неоваскулярной роговицы проводится под местной анестезией бесконтактным способом. Выбор параметров энергии лазера определяется количеством новообразованных сосудов и их анастомозов, глубиной роговицы в строме. При небольших очагах неоваскуляризации достаточно одной процедуры; при обширных поражениях требуется 2-3 сеанса коагуляции. Процедура позволяет уменьшить количество новообразований, восстановить прозрачность роговицы и улучшить остроту зрения.
