Description

 Удаление парафарингеальных опухолей. Удаление новообразований мягких тканей в непосредственной близости от гортани. Масштабы оперативного вмешательства определяются распространенностью процесса и степенью дифференцировки новообразований. Доброкачественные опухоли удаляются в здоровых тканях, при этом интактные злокачественные новообразования гортани удаляются вместе со смежными тканями, окружающими подкожную клетчатку и регионарные лимфатические узлы. Операция проводится под общим наркозом в стационаре. Внешний разрез обычно используется для удаления опухоли парафарингеальной зоны, потому что внутриротовой доступ увеличивает риск повреждения крупных шейных сосудов.
