Description

 Устранение глоточных и гортанных опухолей. Группа операций, включающая местное удаление доброкачественных опухолей глотки и гортани, новообразования соседних мягких тканей без частичного или полного удаления ЛОР-органов. Вмешательства проводятся при наличии симптомов (боль, ощущение инородного тела, изменения голоса, затруднение дыхания и глотания ), Быстрого роста и риска возникновения злокачественных новообразований. Они проводятся по плану отделения оториноларингологии и онкологии под общим или местным наркозом. Внутриларингеальный доступ обычно используется; при больших новообразованиях ЛОР-органов и опухолях парафарингеальной области могут быть выполнены внеларингеальные операции.
