Description

 Транскраниальное удаление хронических субдуральных гематом. Открытая операция, суть которой заключается в удалении содержимого гематомы вместе с капсулой через отверстие заусенца. Это более травматичный метод лечения, чем другие виды операций для этого состояния. Это выполняется с рецидивирующей гематомой, возникающей после ее удаления минимально инвазивными методами, с образованием крупных плотных сгустков в гематоме, кальцификацией ее стенок или положением гематомы в основании головного мозга. Когда недавно обнаружены неосложненные гематомы, обычно используются альтернативные методы сохранения.
