Description

 Стереотаксическая аспирация внутримозговой гематомы. Удалите кровь из полости гематомы через небольшое отверстие. Указывается, когда гематомы труднодоступны, что затрудняет проведение открытой операции. Это также может быть выполнено в случае серьезного заболевания пациента, требующего использования методов удаления гематомы. Операция выполняется с помощью стереотаксического устройства, установленного на голове пациента. Через отверстие в черепе диаметром 2-2,5 см и разрез менингов длиной 1-1,5 см в полость гематомы вводится узкий шпатель, через который какой аспиратор поддерживается, и производится забор крови.
